March 14th aka 3/14 is Pi Day π = 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510
I also know Pi is ROUND however I didn’t have time to make a pie for dessert tonight for my kids. So I got the next best thing. A McDonald’s apple pie.
Decided to make a little slip cover to go around it to celebrate the day so it isn’t forgotten and a little fun lesson at the dinner table for the kiddos tonight 🙂
(sorry Iphone photo wanted to ad this online in time for other readers may want to do this too tonight)
Bought apple pie and printed off and added the wrapp around the pie and instant dessert on the go for tonight with the kidlets.
Nothing fancy but I know they will enjoy this treat 🙂

cute and very clever, thanks for sharing 🙂
Thanks for this cute idea! My kids thought it was great and learned something new!
I loved these!
We used “semi-circle pies” from the grocery store–but I think this will work for those too!
I can’t wait to add this to my list for next year.
Thanks so much for sharing!
