Will miss you BERRY much – Teacher Gift – End of the year

I have seen various plays on this type of basket all over the internet. I did one similar last year – SEE PHOTO HERE

But I wanted to make it more personable and I had alot of cute things on hand to incorporate into it.

All the really cute things I put into the BERRY basket.  You don’t have to use this for the end of the year. It can be used for

“I WILL MISS YOU BERRY MUCH”
“THANK YOU BERRY MUCH”
“YOU ARE THE BERRY BEST ______”

However I am using this for the end of the year gift.

I found pieces of this basket in various dollar sections.

Included a pipette I had on hand and filled it with pink and red gumballs and a hand written note to the teacher.

I had made raspberry & strawberry jam some time back.  I used cupcake liners for the papers on the jars. Simply unscrew the neck and rescrew it back on with cupcake liner paper in between. I then used Washi Tape to label the flavor.  This is only until they remove the paper. Once they remove the paper, I have the flavor and date written on the lid.

Peppermint Patties- mini sized in a little zip top baggie (had on hand) you could use a sandwich or snack baggie.  Then folded over a piece of paper doilies and stapled it. Added some Washi Tape to cover up the front staple and add color. 🙂

However instead of using a ROUND punch I decided to use my – Uchida Clever Lever Extra-Giga Craft Punch, Scalloped Square punch. Then attached them with Washi Tape.

All the items fit nicely in a basket.

My green basket was purchased also at the Dollar Tree 🙂  I usually stock up baskets when they come in about this size in lime green. I have a thing about lime green and usually lime goes with everything. 🙂

My daughter can’t wait to give this gift tomorrow to her teacher. Even I am excited for her to give this 🙂

I think teachers should be appreciated for all their hard work and after all they just spent 180 days with my child– no money can pay her back for that!!
