I love blueberries. This dessert was incredibly easy and delicious. My kids help me make this all the time. I have them make the crumble part while I cook the berries.
This is actually a Blueberry Crumble however I have had people call it a cobbler (although there is not a crust on it) Whatever you want to call it– I call it FABULOUS!
Place your berries into a sauce pan.
Add your cornstarch and sugar.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until berries become juicy and thicken. Stir in lemon juice.
Pour into shallow 2 qt baking dish.
In small bowl combine rest of ingredients, mix with fork (or your hands) until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over berries.
Bake at 375′ for 15-20 minutes until top is browned.
We love it when it is hot and we add a bit scoop of icecream to the top.
YUMMMMMMYYY!!!!!!!!
We have made this twice this summer and can’t wait to do it again. Blueberries are in all the stores right now and my kids gobble up this recipe. I also have doubled it and put it in a 9×13 pan when we have guest over for dinner because they always want seconds!
Easy peasy recipe! My girlfriend Melissa gave me this recipe and it’s now one of our favorites this summer!!!
ENJOY!!!
Bake at 375′ for 15-20 minutes until top is browned.
This looks incredible. Now I’m hungry!
You can’t go wrong with blueberries!
