You can see I have a slight obsession with lemonade stands. ๐ย As I just posted here my Pallet Lemonade Stand.
My husband built me yet another one ๐ย This one made out of cedar. It comes apart in 4 pieces. The bottom, the 2 side bars and the roof/top. That way I can take it apart and easily take it places – as you can see here I used it for my Church Relief Society Night.ย (Click here to read about our lemonade night)
My husband surprised me again for Mothers day with this stand. As much as I love my rustic pallet one he is a perfectionist and a rusty pallet lemonade stand bothered him more. Of course I loved my pallet one and I still do! I also love my NEW cedar one as well!
He took a few photos as he built my new lemonade stand. I was gone to a girls beach weekend and came home to it finished ๐ Here are the photos he took of “during his build” Maybe it can help explain how he did it.
He made it so that the cedar posts will slide in all the way to the bottom and be sturdy to hold up the roof top. So he made sure it was a tight fit when you slide the posts in.
Inside view of the bottom as he is adding the cedar panels.
See— a perfectionist, making beveled edgest. I personally would have not beveled it to keep it rustic but I still love the bevel look– maybe I am just lazier HAHA He is so good to me!!
I love my lemonade stand and it too is going to stay outside so the wood can age and color. We plan to use this outside to serve drinks at our parties ๐ It is such a great addition and I love it!! LLOOOOVEEE IT!!!
I have to say it one more time…. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
