February is almost here. And I always like to make little treats to take my sweet sisters that I visit. I think pink and doilies and hearts in February and love my sisters dearly. So to keep this months theme going with the treat this is what I came up with 🙂
I filled the gable box with yummies I have made.
You can find these wonderful boxes over at Whispering Pines.
These cute little heart ramekins are found at Target in the 1.00 section. I baked a cupcake in them and bagged it up. Valentines sprinkles are a must 🙂
I also included some Cake Pops – (that I blogged earlier) and if that wasn’t a sweet enough treat included some of the new Hershey’s Raspberry Hugs candies. YUM!!!
You definitely don’t need to go this crazy at all- just I love to bake and create and I don’t need to eat this myself so giving it away I love that!
This months message can be found here. One of the quotes I used to inspire this box from the lesson that says: “Capture the vision that the Relief Society … can become [one of] the most powerful friendshipping resource[s] we have in the Church. Reach out early to those being taught and reactivated, and love them into the Church through your organization.” – Elder M. Russell Ballard
I love this and I wanted to Capture the vision of Relief Society in all that I do. I am so thankful for the Relief Society program in my life and I try to serve wherever possible and to be that example to others as best as I can.

I used a 2 1/2 inch punchfor this. You may use up to a 3 inch if you need.
I simply glued on a doilies to the corner of my gable box allowing it to wrap around the 2 edges, then layered paper I used my other scalloped punches. Pink was 4 inches. Brown is 3 inches and the white is 2 1/2 inches.
This is the same punch I used for the white circle if you are interested in the link.
Simple project. You could use this punch and tie it onto a bag of candy or anything you would like to give your sisters. A gift is never required of course- I just like to create something usually 🙂
Hope this inspires others and get out and do your visiting teaching in February. 🙂
Thanks! This is a cute idea.
